We proudly accept most major insurance plans for eligible primary care and medical services. However, many of our specialized wellness and optimization services are considered elective or non-covered services by insurance companies and are therefore self-pay.
Payment for these services is due at the time of service.
Many patients have high-deductible insurance plans.
A high deductible means that although we may accept your insurance, you are responsible for paying for covered medical services until your deductible has been met according to your insurance plan.
We encourage patients to contact their insurance company directly if they have questions regarding deductibles, copays, coinsurance, or coverage limitations.
To reserve appointments for cash-pay services, a valid credit card is required to remain securely on file. Your card will not be charged without authorization except in accordance with the policies outlined below.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying our office will be charged a $50 No-Show Fee to the credit card on file.
This policy allows us to offer appointment availability to other patients seeking care.
